This is truly special combination of big looks, performance and solid sound – It all comes together with the Titleist TSi1. So how is this different to making it the pinnacle of the Titleist range? The key piece of technology which Titleist seem to be most excited by this year is the Active Recoil Channel, now in it’s fourth generation, which are engineered to generate faster ball speeds and more distance true to the TS range.

The ARC 4.0 features a shorter channel wall than in previous iterations and this helps to create greater face flex at impact, in order to launch the ball off the face with highest launch, and the most increased speed generally suiting the slower swing speed player its 50g lighter than a usual fairway wood. The high-speed VFT Face works alongside the ARC 4.0 in order to maximise ball speeds and forgiveness levels on strikes across the face. The ASCENT Ultralight shafts deliver an easy, high launch angle without the typical compromises of an ultra-lightweight shaft. Featuring Focused Mass Technology (FMTﾙ), a precise weighting section that utilises heavier, tungsten-infused prepreg in the butt end to help players turn through the ball better for stronger, straighter/drawn ball flights.

The TSi1 is aimed at maximum distance and speed for slower speed players who want the most flight and confidence right across the face, producing a higher launch with mid spin.
